These are tasty and delicious snacks for the evening tea.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mashed boiled potatoes 2
  2. Cumin - 1, teaspoon
  3. Ginger garlic paste 1,teaspoon
  4. Turmeric powder 1, teaspoon
  5. Red powder chili 1, teaspoon
  6. Coriander powder, 1 teaspoon
  7. Dry mango powder, 1 teaspoon
  8. Garam masala, 1 teaspoon
  9. Salt to taste
  10. All purpose flour maida 1/2, cup
  11. Salt half spoon
  12. Ghee, 1 teaspoon Water All purpose flour pastas Water

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add mashed boiled Potatoes, 1 teaspoon cumin, ginger garlic paste,1 teaspoon Turmeric, 1 teaspoon red chili, coriander powder, dry Mango Powder, garam masala, teaspoon salt, half tablespoon Coriander leaves and mix all the ingredients well.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add all purpose flour, teaspoon Salt, 1 teaspoon ghee, teaspoon carom seeds, Water and knead it into a smooth soft dough. In a another bowl, add All Purpose Flour, water and mix well to make a smooth paste.
  3. Place the dough and roll it using a rolling pin to make a circle, slightly thicker than chapati. Spread the Potato mixture over the chapati and roll it gently.Cut it into 1 thick pieces. Keep it aside. Dip the pinwheels into All Purpose Flour paste.
  4. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet. Deep fry these till they are brown and crispy from both the sides. Drain it on an absorbent paper.Serve hot with ketchup.
