ABOUT Soft Poori RECIPE

Everybody loves pooris so here is my method of making these treats at home, soft fluffy and perfect breakfast option.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 1 cup
  2. Salt as required
  3. Oil as required
  4. Sugar 1 tsp
  5. Milk 1/2 cup
  6. Sooji 1/2 tsp
  7. Ghee as required

Instructions

  1. In bowl add wheat flour,salt,sugar,milk,ghee Mix well.Add water little by little and make the dough.dough shouldbe very soft.
  2. knead well in between palms for few minutes.Do not rest the dough.Make poori immediately else it will drink more oil.
  3. Divide the dough and roll it like lemon size balls.after roll like oval shape.or rectangular shape using rolling pin
  4. Heat oil,and put poori for deep fry.Flip it carefully and allow it to cook for few seconds.cook both sides.
  5. Serve it hot.
