This is a recipe of halwa which is very good for health.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat 2 cups
  2. Sugar 3 cups
  3. Ghee 1 cup
  4. Cashew 1/2 cup
  5. Keasari powder 1 tsp
  6. Water as required
  7. Milk 1/2 cup
  8. Corn flour 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Soak wheat for 7-8 hrs.and then grind it nicely by adding little water
  2. After strain it to take wheat milk.
  3. Now add corn flour and kesari powder to wheat milk
  4. In pan add milk and wheat milk and 1/4 amount of ghee.
  5. Stir well.add ghee little by little stirring continuously.cook well till it reaches Halwa consistency.cook in low flame stir well.after add cashew Halwa is ready for taste.
