A delicious treat made with whole wheat, for all occasions.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Whole wheat (Samba)- 1 cup
  2. Ghee as required
  3. Cashew as required
  4. Raisins as required
  5. Sugar 2 cups
  6. Water as required

Instructions

  1. Soak whole wheat for overnight
  2. After ,grind it by using little amount of water.strain it to take wheat milk.and keep aside
  3. In pan heat ghee add nuts and set aside
  4. Boil sugar with little water to make sugar syrup
  5. Stir well till it reaches thick honey consistency.now add colour powder(optional),cardamom powder.
  6. After add wheat milk,stir well.add little amount of ghee with 4 min interval.stir with out taking hand.
  7. Cook for 15-20 min in low flame.add cashew and raisins.
  8. Stir well till it reaches Halwa consistency.
