We can prefer to eat chilla for breakfast. today i tried to make it healthy with beetroot and garlic both are good for health

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup moong daal (yellow)
  2. 1 cup spilt moong daal (green)
  3. 1/2 cup chopped green garlic
  4. 1/2 cup grated beetroot
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 2 tsp ginger paste
  7. 4 tsp green chili paste
  8. 1 tbsp oil
  9. 2 tsp roasted jeera powder
  10. Cheese spread
  11. Onion rings

Instructions

  1. Soaked both daal in different bowl for 4 to 5 hours
  2. Cursh both daal Seperatly
  3. Add salt in both batter
  4. Add green garlic in green daal mixture also add ginger and chili paste Add roasted jeera powder
  5. Add grated beetroot in yellow daal also add ginger and chili paste also add roasted jeera powder
  6. Mix both mixture well
  7. Put oil in tava heat it
  8. Poor batter and make small chillas
  9. Serve hot with cheese spread
