Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour - 1 cup
  2. Gram flour - 1/4 cup
  3. Green garlic and green chilly paste - 1 tsp
  4. Kasuri methi - 2 tsp
  5. Carom seeds - 1/4 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  7. Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
  8. Salt - to taste
  9. Asafoetida - 1/4 Cum
  10. Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
  11. Oil - for frying

Instructions

  1. Take a large bowl combine wheat flour,gram flour,green garlic,green chilly paste,kasuri methi,carom seeds,turmeric powder,red chilly powder,salt,asafoetida,cumin seeds and 2 tbsp oil and mix well.
  2. Make a soft dough.
  3. Keep aside for fifteen mins.
  4. Heat enough oil in a pan.
  5. Roll the puri.
  6. Add the puri,lower the heat and fry till light brown.
  7. Drain in paper napkin.
  8. Serve hot with potato bhaji
