In a kadai add 1 tsp oil and toast oats for 3-5 min till nice aroma comes. Transfer it into a plate and let it cool down. In a kadai add remaining oil and crackle some cumin and mustard seeds. Add in ginger garlic paste,green chilli,curry leaves,onions and mix well. Add in chilli and garam masala powder and mix well. Throw in all the vegetables and cook for 2 min. Pour in 2 cups of water and bring that to boil.Season with salt. Slowly add in the oats and mix well. Cover the kadai and low the flame. Let it cook for 10-15 min. Add in lemon juice and mix well. Serve hot with chutney or any pickle.
