Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup wheat daliya
  2. 1cup mix veg (tomato1, onion 1,french beans 10,green chilli 2)
  3. Ghee 5 tbsp
  4. Mustard seed 1tbsp
  5. Red chilli powder 1/2tbsp ,Turmeric 1/4
  6. Lemon 1
  7. Garam masala 1/2TBSP
  8. Salt to taste.
  9. Corriender leaves

Instructions

  1. Heat a vessel, add butter, after that add mustard seeds .when they crackle, add all veggies (chopped ),saute it for 2 minutes .
  2. Add daliya &1 cup water
  3. Add spices
  4. Cook for 10 minutes on a medium flame.
  5. Serve with lemon & coriander leaves sprinkled on it.
