Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Tomato 3
  2. Tamarind small size
  3. Coriander leaves as required
  4. Green chilli 2
  5. Garlic 6
  6. Onion 1/2
  7. Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  8. Urad dal 1/2 tsp
  9. Pepper jeera powder 3 tsp
  10. Curry leaves 1 string
  11. Salt as required

Instructions

  1. In bowl add tomato, Tamarind water ,coriander leaves,salt.
  2. In pan,heat oil add onion,mustard seeds,urad dal,curry leaves,crushed garlic, turmeric powder, green chilli,pepper jeera powder and Tamarind water.mix well.sprinkle coriander leaves.
  3. Cook for 15 min.dont boil too much.
  4. Tomato rasam is ready.
