Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Drumsticks cut lengthwise 1 1/2 cup.
  2. Cabbage chopped 1/2 cup.
  3. Bottle gourd chopped 1/2 cup.
  4. Carrot 1 big.
  5. Ginger grated 1 tbsp
  6. Zeera [cumin] powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Pepper powder to taste
  9. Bay leaves few.
  10. Cinnamon stick. 1 ( finger tip sized)
  11. Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
  12. Butter/ fresh cream 1 tbsp ( optional)
  13. Juice of 1 lemon.

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook all veggies with Cinnamon stick and Bay leaves.
  2. Remove Cinnamon stick and Bay leaves after it gets cooled.
  3. Blend all veggies in liquidizer with ginger
  4. Strain and put to boil.
  5. Add salt pepper and boil for 5 minutes. Add zeera [cumin] powder.
  6. Serve by adding lime juice, butter / fresh cream and coriander leaves.
