Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Moong soaked overnight 3/4 cup
  2. Cauliflower flor3ts 1/2 cup
  3. Bottle gourd chopped 1/2 cup
  4. Cabbage chopped 1/2 cup
  5. Carrot Chopped 1 fup.
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Peper 1 tsp
  8. Ginger grated 1 tbdp
  9. Lime juice of one lime.
  10. Curry patta few
  11. Coriander leaves chopped for garnishing
  12. Butter 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook all the vegetables and moong.
  2. Let it cool
  3. Blend in liquidiser with ginger.
  4. Boil it. Add salt, Pepper and curry patta.
  5. Add lime juice as it is done.
  6. Serve with garnish of coriander leaves. Add butter while serving.
