A simple soft mutton mince kofta balls full of protein and less in carbohydrate.Fry a little in desi ghee and have it with salad ...a very filling dish

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Mutton mince 750 gms
  2. Onion 1 big
  3. Tomato 1 big
  4. Green chilli 4
  5. Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  6. Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  7. Haldi 1tsp
  8. Garam masala powder 1tsp
  9. Coriander leaves chopped 1/4 cup
  10. Dill leaves chopped 1/4 cup
  11. Mustard Oil 2 tbsp
  12. Salt 1.5 tsp
  13. Desi ghee 1tbsp

Instructions

  1. Wash keema properly and squeeze out water properly as this is very important
  2. Grind onion tomato green chilli finely
  3. Add in coriander and soya leaves in this
  4. Add all dry masalas in keema
  5. Add ginger garlic paste
  6. Add half of oil
  7. Mix keema properly
  8. Apply little oil in the kadhai
  9. Apply little oil in your hand
  10. Make small balls of keema
  11. Place it kadhai
  12. Arrange all the balls in kadhai
  13. Switch on the gas and when kofta starts leaving water keep on medium flame covered so the kofta cooks properly from inside
  14. Do not flip the koftas as it is delicate
  15. When the water evaporates cool and keep in box
  16. Before serving add desi ghee and fry on medium heat
  17. Serve with green chutney and salad
