ABOUT Steamed mutton balls. RECIPE

Steamed minced meat balls,commomly known as kofta is a favourite dish of non veg lovers.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Minced meat 250grams.
  2. Pepper powder 1tea spoon.
  3. Cumin poder 1table spoon .
  4. Ginger paste 1tsble spoon.
  5. Onion paste 2table spoon.
  6. Red chilly paste 1table spoon.
  7. Salt 1table spoon.
  8. Chopped coriander leaves 1/2cup.
  9. Chopped green chillies 2
  10. Chopped mint leaves 1/4cup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Grind minced meat once a while in grinder to give meat a smooth texture.
  2. Mix all the ingredients and leave for 30 minutes.
  3. Make golf ball sized balls.
  4. Heat a steamer and steam kofte(meat balls) for 10 minutes on medium flame.
  5. Serve with salad.
