Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Mutton pieces 1 cup(boneless)
  2. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  3. Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  4. Roasted gram 1/2 cup
  5. Grated coconut 1/4 cup
  6. Onion 1
  7. Jeera seeds 1 tsp
  8. Fennel seeds powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  10. Salt as required
  11. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. Grind mutton pieces and set aside.
  2. Grind grated coconut, roasted gram,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,jeera seeds,onion,fennel seeds powder,salt.
  3. Mix both grounded mutton pieces and roasted gram mixture.add salt.
  4. Make it small balls and set aside
  5. In pan heat oil .fry mutton balls.cook for 15-20 min in low flame.
  6. Healthy mutton gola balls is ready to eat.
