ABOUT Pasta with Leftover Chicken Balls RECIPE

I always make chicken or mutton balls in big quantity,(steam them with little spices) for my family as they love to eat when I recreate them using Pasta, noodles or rice

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Leftover steamed chicken or mutton balls 2 cup
  2. Pasta 3cup
  3. Onion 1 cubed
  4. Capsicum 1 cubed
  5. Cabbage sliced 1/2cup
  6. Tomato sauce 5 tbsp
  7. Oregano 1tbsp
  8. Red chilli sauce 1tbsp
  9. Red chilli flakes 2 tsp
  10. Soya sauce 2tbsp
  11. Vinegar 1tbsp
  12. Black pepper powder 1tsp
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Oil 3tbsp
  15. Garlic and ginger paste1tbsp

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta till done
  2. Heat oil in a Wok and add ginger garlic paste
  3. Add sliced onions and capsicum and cook on high heat for few minutes
  4. Add cabbage
  5. Add chicken balls with all the ingredients except pasta
  6. Add pasta and mix properly
  7. Add more of soya sauce if you want a little dark
  8. Mix and cook and check the seasonings
  9. Serve with cheese if your family loves it
