Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Milk 1 cup
  2. Water 2 cups
  3. Sugar as required
  4. Tea powder 2 tsp
  5. Cinnamon stick small
  6. Cardamom 2
  7. Cloves 1
  8. Ginger small piece

Instructions

  1. Take spices and crush coarsely and keep it aside.
  2. Now in pan add 2 cups of water.boil it..after add crushed spices mixture.boil it for 5 min
  3. Now add sugar,tea powder.wait for 5 min.after add milk.boil it for 6-8 min.
  4. pour the masala tea through a tea strainer directly in the cup.
  5. Spicy masala chai is ready.
