ABOUT Spinach Peas cutlet RECIPE

This is so yummy and easy to make. In this we use spinach and peas.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled potato 4
  2. Suji 1/2 katori
  3. Spinach 1/2 katori chopped
  4. Peas boiled 1/2 katori
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Red chilli 1 tbsp
  7. Chaat masala 1 tbsp
  8. Conflour 4 tbsp
  9. Oil 3 tbsp
  10. Coriander powder 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Mash the potato in a bowl.
  2. Add suji, spinach, peas and mix it
  3. Add salt, red chilli, coriander powder, chat masala and mix well.
  4. Add Conflour and mix it.
  5. Take a small portion from dough and roll it in your palm like a ball then press it.
  6. Hot a non stick pan put 1 tbsp oil and then put tikki in it.
  7. After 5 minutes turn it then turn again when golden brown from one side.
  8. Take out in plate when it turn in golden brown from both side.
  9. Served with Ketchup.
