green peas and potato mixture flavoured with some spices and deep fried

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. green peas 1/2cup
  2. boiled mashed potato 1/4cup
  3. green chilli 2
  4. ginger garlic paste 1/2tsp
  5. salt to taste
  6. blackpapper powder 1/4tsp
  7. riceflour 2tbsp
  8. breadcrumbs 1/4cup
  9. lemon juice 1tsp
  10. oil for frying
  11. chatmasala 1/2tsp

Instructions

  1. Crush green chilli and peas in mixer grinder to a coarse paste
  2. Remove this mixture in a vessel
  3. Add boiled potatoes salt,Riceflour, gingergarlic paste to it mix well
  4. Add lemon juice and black papper mix well Make flat and round cutlets
  5. Coat these cutlets with breadcrumbs leave for 5minutes
  6. Heat oil in pan and deep fry it to golden colour on medium flame
  7. After frying remove from oil and sprinkle chatmasala on cutlets
  8. Serve hot with sauce or chutney
