Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup raw peas, boiled
  2. 2 cups spinach puree
  3. 5 - 6 garlic cloves
  4. 1 tablespoon desi ghee
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1 teaspoon besan or wheat flour
  7. 1 tsp Lemon juice or amchur powder
  8. 1-2 Green chili, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat desi ghee in a pan. Add besan or atta and saute until aromatic
  2. Add chopped garlic and saute for a minute.
  3. Add Spinach puree, green chilies mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes
  4. Add peas and mix well. Cook until peas are tender
  5. Add salt. Mix well and cook until gravy reaches desired consistency
  6. Add lemon juice or amchur and mix well. Serve hot with roti or pulao
