ABOUT Paneer stuffed moong Dal crisps RECIPE

A protein packed delicious recipe for every age group. Its very simple and quick too. Can be eaten in breakfast or lunchbox for kids too. It is very light and healthy, made with simple ingredients like yellow moong Dal paneer and chopped onion and tomatoes for little inside crunch which i simply love. Do try this easy to make crispy moong Dal dosa or chillas.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. One bowl overnight soaked yellow moong Dal
  2. Salt
  3. Oil for greasing
  4. For stuffing: one cup grated paneer
  5. One chopped onion
  6. One chopped tomato
  7. One finely chopped green chillies
  8. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Grind soaked moong dal into fine paste
  2. Mix grated paneer with chopped onion tomato and chilles. Add salt according to taste and keep aside
  3. Heat dosa tawa and grease with oil.
  4. Take a laddle of batter and spread it on the tawa like making dosa.
  5. Cook few seconds. Now spread the paneer stuffing on it. Cook few seconds more or till it leaves the sides. Cook till crisp. Roll and serve with ketchup or chutneys of your choice
