To prepare makai dough, add cold butter to makai,maida and salt mixture and mix with fingers till it looks like bread crumbs.
Add little water at a time and knead tight dough.
Cling wrap and keep in fridge for ten minutes.
Meanwhile blanch all leaves and strain water
Temper mustard oil with garlic and chilly.
Add all blanched leaves and spices. You can add flavours acc to taste
Add white sauce to add creaminess to saag
Take out dough from fridge and roll out
Press into tart moulds with fingers. It should be not too thin, not too thick.
Prick with fork
Preheat oven to 200 deg.
Bake tarts at 200 deg For 15 to 20 minutes
Take out and cool them. Fill with saag Mix and top with grated cheese.
SERVING: 4
