Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 cup chopped mustard leaves
  2. 2 cup chopped spinach leaves
  3. 1 cup bathua leaves
  4. 1small tomato chopped
  5. 2 green chilly chopped
  6. 3-4 garlic
  7. 1 onion chopped
  8. ,2 tsp corn meal flour
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 11/2 tsp ghee
  11. 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Wash all the veggies.
  2. Take all leaves,tomato,chilly,garlic,ginger,salt and water in.a cooker for 1 whistle,over medium flame.
  3. Blend the mixture to a smooth puree.
  4. Heat ghee in a pan.add onion,green chilly .Pour the tempering mixture over cooked saag and fry 10 minutes.
