1-First of all cut and wash saag under running water 5-6 times properly and put it in a strainer.
2-Now keep pressure cooker on high flame gas and put all chopped Saag in it with salt and little water close lid and wait for 5-7 whistles.
3-In the mean time keep deep pan or kadhai on gas pour ghee when it becomes hot then put Heeng in it then onion and ginger- garlic paste.
4-Make puree of tomatoes and green chillies in grinder and pour it in pan when onion become red with all remaining spices.
5-Then grind that boiled Saag in the grinder and put it in the same pan and wait until it leaves ghee from all the sides.
6-Now take a serving bowl and put that Saag in it and serve it with white butter and makki ki roti or plain roti or Paratha.
SERVING: 5
