Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. broken Fox tail Millet-2 cups
  2. Moong Dal-1 cup
  3. Hing-1/2 tsp
  4. green Chilli-4
  5. Pepper-2 to 3
  6. Ginger- 1 tsp
  7. Salt- to taste
  8. Mustard Seeds- 1 tsp
  9. Chana Dal-1 tsp
  10. Jeera- 2 tsp
  11. Ghee-1 tsp
  12. Urad Dal-1 tsp
  13. Curry Leaves

Instructions

  1. First take a pan and add ghee and add the mustard seeds,urad dal,chana dal,jeera and fry them and add a pinch of hing and add the curry leaves and fry them.
  2. Now add the finely chopped ginger and green chilli and pepper and fry them
  3. add the moong dal and fry them until it turns aromatic smell
  4. And 4 cups of water and add the salt and boil them
  5. Now add the broken fox millet with stirring continuously
  6. And cook well for 15 min and switch off the flame and serve with ginger chutney or lemon pickle
