Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled chickpeas - 1 cup
  2. Green chillies - 2 - 3
  3. Coriander leaves - 1tbsp
  4. Crushed coriander powder - 1 tsp
  5. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  6. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  7. Roasted cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  8. Salt - to taste
  9. Corn flour - 1 tbsp
  10. Oil - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Grind the boiled chickpeas and green chilly to make a paste.
  2. Add crushed coriander powder,red chilli powder,roasted cumin seeds powder chopped coriander leaves,corn flour and salt and mix well.
  3. Shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness
  4. Heat oil in a non stick pan
  5. Shallow fry in hot oil until golden in colors.
  6. Flipping once in between.
  7. Always cook in medium flame.
  8. Falafel is ready
  9. Serve hot with tea.
