Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ragi seeds 1 cup
  2. Water 1/2 cup
  3. Salt or jaggery as required
  4. Dry fruit powder 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Making sprouted Ragi Powder:::: Wash and Soak Ragi for 7 hrs.
  2. Tie it up and place it somewhere undisturbed in your kitchen for at least 10 hrs.and it sprouts little.
  3. Now it's ready to use.In pan dry fry the sprouted ragi for 10-15 min.after grind it into fine powder.sieve it.and store it in airtight container.
  4. For making Porridge:::: Take 4 spoon of sprouted ragi powder and 1/4 cup of water.stir well without any lumps.
  5. Add jaggery or salt as per your baby taste.
  6. Add dry fruit powder.mix well.cook it in low flame for 10-15 min.
  7. Now it's Ready to serve for your little one.
