Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Corn
  2. Finely chopped Onion : 1
  3. Red chilly powder : tsp
  4. Boiled potato : 2
  5. Garam masala : 1 tsp
  6. Cumin seeds : 1 tsp
  7. Fennel seeds : 1 tsp
  8. Green Chillies : 2
  9. oil
  10. Chat masala
  11. Corn flour : 3 tsp
  12. Ginger garlic paste : 1 tso
  13. Salt
  14. Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Steam cook the corn and keep aside. Drain water thoroughly
  2. Grind 3/4 th corn and mix with mashed potato
  3. Add chilly powder, garam masala, salt, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, onion, chat masala, coriander,ginger garlic paste, remaining corn and mix well.
  4. Add corn flour or rice flour to make it non sticky
  5. Heat oil in a pan, fry the cutlet on both the sides until get golden
