basically a deep fried kebab recipe which is mainly prepared by grating or blending the corn shells and mixing it with other vegetables a perfect and mouthwatering snack or appetizer which can be served as starters for party or even as a evening snack

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 cup + 2 tbsp corn fresh / frozen
  2. 2 potatoes boiled and mashed
  3. 1/2 Onion finely chopped
  4. 1/4 capsicum finely chopped
  5. 1 green chilli finely chopped
  6. 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  7. 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  10. 2 tbsp chickpea flour roasted/gram flour
  11. 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  12. 1/4 cup Bread crumbs
  13. 2 tbsp Coriander leaves finely chopped
  14. 1 tbsp Corn Flour
  15. 1/4 tsp paper crushed
  16. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  17. Oil for Deep frying

Instructions

  1. firstly in a small Blender jar take 1 cup boiled corn of frozen corn
  2. further blend to coarse paste without adding any water
  3. transfer the paste to a large mixing bowl
  4. also add boiled and mashed potatoes
  5. furthermore add spices and salt
  6. also add bread crumbs or crumble fresh bread
  7. add in roasted besan or gram flour and coriander leaves
  8. continue adding corn flour boiled corn and crushed black pepper
  9. also add lemon juice
  10. combine everything well to form a dough
  11. add in more breadcrumbs if there is too much moisture
  12. make sure to have a non sticky dough
  13. further make Bullet shaped kebabs greasing hands with oil
  14. deep fry them into hot oil
  15. stir occasionally and fry till the kebabs turn golden brown on medium flame
  16. finally serve Corn Bullets with salad tomato sauce and coffee
