ABOUT Mixed Bell pepper Relish or Chutney RECIPE

A very delicious sweet chutney made with red bell peppers

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 4 red bell peppers
  2. 2 yellow bell peppers
  3. 1 tsp oil
  4. 2 tsp nigella seeds
  5. 1 cup sugar
  6. 1 onion minced
  7. 3 garlic cloves minced
  8. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Chop the bell peppers into tiny dices. Keep aside.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan, add all the ingredients into the pan alongwith the bell pepper, cook on high flame for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Turn the heat to low, cover and cook for 1 hour or until the peppers begin to caramelise.
  4. 4. Cool and bottle.
