ABOUT Red bell pepper hummas RECIPE

This is more healthy variation than classic hummas...because of healthy red pepper.With roasted red bell pepper its taste great.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 100 gms or 1 cup boiled chickpeas.
  2. 1 red bell pepper
  3. 1/2cup olive oil
  4. 7 to 8 garlic cloves...or you can take less also..
  5. 4 green chillies
  6. 2 tbsp tahini
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Soak chickpeas around 7 to 8 hours and cook until they soft.
  2. Before mixi remove skin of red bell pepper, diseed it and chope it.
  3. In mixer add boiled cheakpeas,garlic,green chilli,red bell pepper tahini salt.
  4. Make fine paste.
  5. Finally add oilve oil and lemon juice.Mix it properly.
  6. Serve with nachos or pita bread or simply in sandwiches.
