An easy & tasty breakfast from left over vadas . i used rawa to make vada. different types of vadas are popular in kerala & Tamil nadu. sambar vada, rasa vada, dahi vada & simple vada & chutney.
Mix rawa , curd , salt , sugar , onion , chillies , curry leaves , baking powder & salt. keep aside for 20 min.
heat a pan with oil to fry vadas.
apply water on hands & take a ball of rawa mixture , flatten a bit & deep fry .
remove when both sides are well cooked.
when it s cooled put the vadas one by one in water. squeeze excess water.
put them in curd .
heat a small kadai with oil .put mustard seeds & red chilles . fry well. pour it over the vadas.
sprinkle some coriander leaves on top.
let it stay for 2 , 3 hours min. .
SERVING: 3
