ABOUT DOSHA MALAYSIAN LACE RECIPE

This is net pancakes that is a speciality of Malaysia ....... very easy to make but I make it little twist with my leftover dosha batter ....

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Dosha batter - 1 cup
  2. Potato boiled and mashed - 4 no
  3. Chopped onion - 2 no
  4. Chopped ginger and garlic - 2 tablespoons
  5. Chopped green chillies - 4 no
  6. Chopped carrots - 1/2 cup
  7. Chopped French been - 1/2 cup
  8. Chopped coriander leaves - 4 tablespoons
  9. Mustard seeds - 1teaspoon
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Garam masala powder - 1teaspoon
  12. Oil - 3 tablespoons
  13. Colour as your own choices

Instructions

  1. Heat 1tablespoons oil in a pan add mustard seeds and chopped ginger and garlic and fry for a minutes .
  2. Then add chopped onions and fry until they are soft and change his colour .
  3. Add the chopped veggies and stir fry on high power add mashed potatoes and mix well .
  4. Then add salt , chilli and fry until the mixture are well mix add the garam masala powder mix well and switch off the flame .
  5. Add the chopped coriander leaves mix well and keep aside .
  6. Now make Malaysian Lacey .....
  7. Take dosha batter divided into three bowl and add colour as your own choices , mix well a smooth batter .
  8. Heat oil in a tawa and pour the batter in to squeeze bottle and gently squeeze it over the tawa .
  9. Let it cook on slow flame till golden brown on bottom .
  10. Stuff the potato and veggie mix fold it in triangles .
  11. Serve it hot ........
