Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For dough ingredients..
  2. Spinach puree 1bowl
  3. Whole wheat flour 2bowl
  4. Salt 1/2 tsp
  5. Water as per requirement..
  6. For filling ingredients..
  7. Gram flour 2big sp
  8. Grated onion 1
  9. Chopped spinach 1/3 bowl
  10. Water as per requirement
  11. Garlic chopped 1tsp
  12. Dry mango powder 1/2 tsp
  13. Salt 1tsp or as per taste
  14. coriander powder 1tsp
  15. Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  16. A mixture of ground spices or (garam masala powder ) 1tsp
  17. Oil for cooking..

Instructions

  1. Put all dough ingredients in a bowl. knead a fine dough..
  2. Put all ingredients of filling in a bowl..
  3. Mix it well and make fine batter..
  4. Then take a small ball of dough.. Then roll it with the help of rolling pin, and make small puri.. Apply little oil on it.. Then fold it.. make ball
  5. Then roll it and make big chapatti..
  6. Then put it on hot tawa. When it becomes little cooked.. Spread batter on the middle of the paratha..
  7. Then fold the sides of paratha
  8. Apply little oil on it.. cook it on both sides.. When it become properly cooked, and crispy.. Its done..
