Moon dal is very healthy and top with veggies are double healthso over all is very healthy breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 and1/2 cup moong Dal
  2. 1 cup cheese
  3. 1 cup boiled peas
  4. 1/2 cup tomato
  5. 1 cup chopped coriander leaves
  6. 1 spoon ginger finally chopped
  7. 1 cop chopped onion.
  8. 1 spoon salt
  9. 1 spoon garlic paste
  10. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Firstly soak moong Dal over night.
  2. Then next morning grind Dal with little water.
  3. Then ferment Dal for two hours.
  4. Now beat Dal for hand mixture continuously.
  5. Then add salt and garlic paste in mixture and mix all mixture.
  6. Then cut cheese cube,cut onion,green chilli,tomato,coriander leaves,finely chopped ginger all are arange in a plate.
  7. Now put on tawa in gas.
  8. When heated tawa put some oil into it and greace.
  9. Then put on a laddle of mixture and make a cheela.Then pour oil in all sides.
  10. SIM on the gas flame
  11. After two mints sprinkle some cheese,onion,green chilli,tomato,coriander leaves.
  12. Then sprinkle some salt and pepper.
  13. Then turn the cheela upper to downl side and put some oil all sides.
  14. After 3 to 4 minutes put cheela on plate and serve hot.
