Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Leftover Moong dal dhokla – 1 cup ( crumbled )
  2. Onion – 1 ( chopped )
  3. Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
  4. Oil – 1 tsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Green chili – 2 ( chopped )
  7. Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  8. Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
  9. Roasted Peanuts – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Now add onion and cook for 5 mins. Now add salt, turmeric, green chili and cook for 1 minute.
  2. Add crumbled Moong Daal Dhokla and mix well. Finally, add lemon juice and roasted peanuts.
