Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4 cup water
  2. 1tsp sheer tea or green tea
  3. 1 and 1/2 cup milk
  4. A pinch of baking soda
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Cream 1tsp. (Optional)
  7. Crushed almond 4 (optional)
  8. Cardamom 2 (optional)

Instructions

  1. Put half cup of water, tea and baking soda in a saucepan.
  2. Concentrate the tea by boiling on burner without cover until the colour of tea turns reddish brown.
  3. Again add 1 cup of water and again boil it for 5 minutes.
  4. Again add 2 cup of water and boil it for 2 minutes.
  5. Add salt to taste boil tea for 1 more minute uncovered.
  6. Colour of tea will turn pink
  7. Serve the tea hot and garnish it with cream, cruahed almonds and cardamom.
