Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Methi dana [fenugreek seeds] 1 tbsp
  2. 2 glass dosa rice
  3. Leftover red brown rice 1 cup or more if desired
  4. Jaggery for taste notbfor sweetness so add in limit quantity
  5. Coconut milk 2 cups
  6. Cardamom pods

Instructions

  1. soak methi Dana and rice separately .overnight
  2. Next morning , grind it in a mixie both together add boiled red rice and jaggery powdered it and add 4 to 5 tbsp.
  3. keep it to ferment till night in warm place
  4. next morning in a pan grease it with oil just once with a tissue then pour dosa and if the bubble appears on it close with a lid on medium flame let it cook and then remove and serve ...
  5. if desired, you can smear with a little ghee and put sugar and eat it my son usually does ...orelse serve with coconut milk
  6. Method for coconut milk :
  7. cut fresh coconut in to half and cut inside pieces of coconut in to small pieces and grind it with cardamom pods .
  8. Add little water to it and put in muslin cloth and extract milk .
  9. add powdered jaggery and grind if wanted to melt in milk .
  10. Serve with dosa and enjoy.
  11. Serve with dosa
