Method for coconut milk :
cut fresh coconut in to half and cut inside pieces of coconut in to small pieces and grind it with cardamom pods .
Add little water to it and put in muslin cloth and extract milk .
add powdered jaggery and grind if wanted to melt in milk .
Serve with dosa and enjoy.
