ABOUT Set dosa RECIPE

Its totally different from normal dosa, its a thick and spongy dosa.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1cup dosa rice
  2. 1/4 cup Urad dal
  3. 1/4 cup poha/ murmura
  4. 1/2 tbs methi dana ( optional)
  5. 1/4 ts cooking soda
  6. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. First wash the rice, urad dal, poha and methi.
  2. Soak it for 4-5 hours
  3. Grind into fine paste
  4. Add cooking soda and leave it to ferment
  5. Add salt in the morning after the batter has fermented well.
  6. Heat the tawa and pour a ladle full of Dosa batter , don't disturb the dosa
  7. Cover and cook.
  8. Serve with chutney
