ABOUT Kuttu ki Roti RECIPE

This is generally eaten during fasts, this is a healthy recipe as well that uses kuttu flour.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup kuttu flour
  2. 4 boiled potatoes
  3. 2 green chillies
  4. Sendha salt [rock salt]

Instructions

  1. Mash the boiled potatoes. Add required amount of salt as well.
  2. Now add the kuttu flour to the above, along with chopped green chillies.
  3. Knead a semi soft dough using the above, add very little water if required. Rest for few minutes.
  4. Now divide the dough into equal parts and roll them out to form the rotis.
  5. Roast them on the hot tawa and serve them with some paneer curry or pickle on the side.
