Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. kuttu ka atta (buckwheat flour) - 1 cup
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Water to make a paste
  4. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Sieve the flour, add salt and water to make a paste (like that of pakoras).
  2. Heat oil in a kadahi.
  3. Take a ladle with which we puff pooris (it's called jhaari) and make boondi.
  4. Fry on medium flame till it becomes crisp.
  5. Transfer on a tissue paper, let it cool then transfer to an air tight container.
  6. To make raita - soak some Boondis in warm water for sometime, then add to whisked curd. Add salt and spices of your choice and make raita.
