Knead a soft dough using flour, curd, salt and kasoori methi.
Rest it for 2hrs
Finely chop the onions. Add salt , green chillies, coriander leaves and cumin seeds.
Now divide the kulcha dough into equal sized roundels, stuff each of them with the onion filling.
Now roll them and roast them in a tandoor or grill them in an oven.
Serve with butter smeared generously on top.
