ABOUT Paneer Kulcha RECIPE

A delicious stuffing of veggies and paneer.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Kulcha bread 2 nos
  2. Grated paneer 1 small bowl
  3. Chopped veggies (capsicum/onion) 1/2 cup
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  6. Oil 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a heavy bottomed pan. Add oil to heat, then add in the chopped veggies and saute.
  2. Now add in the grated paneer, then add salt and turmeric powder and mix it well together.
  3. Take a non-stick pan. Keep the kulcha in the pan and cook till it's slightly brown in colour.
  4. Now stuff in the paneer masala and cover it with another kulcha. Cook till this is brown in colour.
  5. Cut this kulcha into 4 pieces and serve it hot.
