ABOUT Healthy Chocolate Ragi Waffles RECIPE

Healthy alternative of waffles for kids. Made with 100% ragi flour and cocoa powder. No Maida. Recipe is extremely simple.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ragi Flour - 1 cup
  2. Milk - 1 cup
  3. Egg - 1
  4. Cocoa Powder - 1 Table Spoon
  5. Sugar - 1/4 cup
  6. Oil - 1/4 cup
  7. Baking powder - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Preheat the waffle maker.
  2. Mix dry ingredients together and wet ingredients together. Sieve the dry ingredients.
  3. Add the dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix properly.
  4. Pour the mixture into the preheated waffle maker.
  5. Follow the instructions given on your waffle machine to make the waffle. It varies from machine to machine.
  6. When the waffle is done, remove it from the machine.
  7. Drizzle some honey on it and serve hot!
