ABOUT Ragi ( Finger millet ) Chocolate poori RECIPE

Ragi is the best summer food to be included throughout the summer season . As summer brings so many humidity related health issues , consuming ragi provides ample stamina and cools down the body heat . Ragi is rich in calcium , a weight gaining food for children . Ragi plays a vital role in a child ‘s immunity during their early growing years . Most of the children are used to Sathu maavu / ragi porridge . Y not treat them with their favourite chocolaty taste . This ragi chocolate poori is a treat for children . A camouflaging technique where children gorge these pooris so happily without even realising how much ragi they are consuming . Hurray !! It’s a great success for mommies . My 3 year daughter enjoyed relishing these pooris . She finished 3 pooris in a jiffy . So tried and tested . Happy sharing my quick yummy snack / brunch recipe here .
