Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Left over besan Chapati 4
  2. Butter milk 1lit
  3. Garlic 5-7 clove crushed
  4. Water to use
  5. 4 Green Chili
  6. 1/2 tsp Banarsi Mustered seeds
  7. 10-12 Kari leafs
  8. 2 tsp chopped coriander
  9. Salt to use
  10. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  11. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  12. Oil to use
  13. 1/3 tsp Red chili powder
  14. 2 red chili

Instructions

  1. Take all chapati wit in butter milk grind it. Make a pest and pour in a hallow bottom plate andu add some salt, asafoetida,,red chili powder and butter milk
  2. Bland very carefully with hand or blander.
  3. Heat a pan with oil. And drop little pest make the pakodi in medium flame
  4. Made all pest's pakodi keep aside.
  5. After it drain out extra oil of pan. Add asafoetida, crushed garlic, chopped chili, and kari leafs steer it.
  6. Take a bowl add turmeric, coriander and red chili powder mix with water and put on pan also saute it.
  7. In a pan's gram flour clean with butter milk and add in pan. Saute properly
  8. When it boiling add salt and boiled it 5-10 min.
  9. After 10 min add pakodi in gravy. Boil minimum 5 min. Switch off the gas. Pour it in bowl.
  10. Take a tadka pan heat oil and Rai dana & red chili. And drop in kadhi bowl.
  11. Garnish with coriander leafs... And serve with Rice....
