ABOUT Paneer peas roti.(left over) RECIPE

When I have left over roti many times, I roast it in oil and make it crispy. Then I keep it in a jar.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bowl of left over roti, make it crispy by cutting and shallow frying it after adding salt and haldi
  2. 1/4 cup green peas, boiled
  3. Handful of paneer cubes
  4. 2-3 green chillies, slit
  5. Few coriander leaves, to garnish
  6. 1 small sized onion, finely chopped
  7. 1 small sized tomato, finely chopped
  8. 1 tbsp Curd
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  11. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  12. Oil as required
  13. 1 tsp dhaniya/coriander powder

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add the jeera, hing, then add the roti and saute till it is a little crispy. Then let it cool.
  2. Now in a pan add the oil and saute the onion, tomatoes and paneer cubes. Add the crispy roti and curd, along with salt, chilli powder, haldi, dhaniya powder, coriander leaves and cook till its dry. Then add the boiled peas.
  3. Stir it properly and serve it hot.
