Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Wheat flour 2 cups
  2. Left over kadhi...1 cup
  3. Salt.to taste
  4. Ajwain...1 tea spoon
  5. Oil to fry

Instructions

  1. Mix kadhi salt and ajwain in wheat flour and knead a tight dough
  2. Rest the dough for 10 minutes
  3. Heat oil and side by side roll puri and fry these on hot to medium flame
  4. Take care while adding salt as kadhi is also carrying salt in it
  5. Enjoy with achaar
