Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 boiled potatoes
  2. 2 onions chopped
  3. 1 tsp of grated ginger
  4. 1 green chilli chopped
  5. 2 tsp of chopped coriander leaves
  6. 1 Tsp of cumin seeds
  7. 1 tsp of salt
  8. 1 and 1/2 cup of maida and 1 and 1/2 cup of atta

Instructions

  1. Smash 2 boiled potatoes and keep aside.
  2. Take the Chopped onion, coriander leaves, 1 tsp of grated ginger, 1 tsp of jeera seeds, 1 tsp of salt, green chillies chopped.
  3. In a mixing bowl, take 1 and 1/2 cups of all purpose and 1 and 1/2 cups of whole wheat flour.
  4. Mix all the ingredients together along with the smashed potatoes in the mixing bowl and add water to make a soft dough.
  5. Take a small portion of it it like ball size and roll it flat like a paratha applying little oil on it.
  6. Fry it in a tawa with a tsp of oil and apply butter on it after done. Serve them hot.
