Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rava : 1 cup
  2. Water : 3 cup
  3. Oil : 2 tsp
  4. Mustard seeds : ½ tsp
  5. Cumin seeds : ½ tsp
  6. Maggie masala : 1 tsp
  7. Green chillies : 2
  8. Onion: 1
  9. Carrot : ½
  10. Green peas : 50 g
  11. Curry leaves
  12. Salt

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan and roast the rava for 1 min and transfer to a plate and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard and cumin seeds. Let them crackle for a minute and add the green chillies and curry leaves for 30 secs
  3. Add the onion,carrot, green peas ( your own veg ), green chillies and saute for 2 min.
  4. Add maggie masala (your own masala like biriyani masala or chilli powder ) and salt and saute for 1 min.
  5. Add water and boil it
  6. Add the roasted rava mix well. Keep saute for 5 min
  7. Switch off the flame when the rava is cooked or the water is dried up.
