A super quick breakfast loaded with veggies and thin vermicelli. This particular Indian style breakfast is a very healthy one too with favourite veggies being added into it. Super yummy brunch idea too. Needs very few ingredients too. It can be done in a jiffy. Do not over cook the veggied in order to retain the crunch and the vitamin content in them.
I will surely try this.
